A trip to Beijing

An unexpected trip to Beijing.... Out of the blue a friend called up and informed that I should come over immediately to meet up someone concerning my China prospect.... I booked my ticket right a way after the call and flew over that night itself....
Well, I can't tell you what exactly was involved but I can surely show you the Beijing food delight.... When talking about the old Beijing, you should not miss out on the Beijing Hutongs 北京老胡同.... a traditional courtyards and alleys....
兴丰包子 Hing Fung Dumpling which was proudly introduced after the visit of the Chinese president Xi Jinping..... No so bad... I personally love the 北京炒肝 Beijing Chaogan, a starchy dish that is made with pork liver, pork intestine with the garlic, soy sauce and vinegar seasoning...
Beijing is really cold in this time of the year.... Let's go for something hot.....
Queuing is compulsory when you want to dine-in in a famous restaurant...
Yes! Beijing Lamb Hot Pot..... I am starving, can't wait no more...
 ..... Nice sunrise the next day....
What we had in the morning for breakfast was Beijing Soy Bean Paste Noodle  北京炸酱面, Fermented Hot Soy Milk 豆汁...
Ohhh! Too many eating stuffs,... Let's cool down with some Chinese Tea.....
