Fishing in Mongolia

At last a warm sunny day... Snow at the mountain side still there....We came to a Mongolian Ger ( house ) for a local mutton feast...Slaughtering a sheep in front of the hut...Method... slit a small cut at the stomach, stuck in a hand, and hold the heart till it stops... Skinning the fur... and cut into small pieces...Cleaning in progress....Preparing for cooking....Putting in some potato, onion and carrot....Placing the hot rock into the bowl... Steam it for about 40minute with another bowl cover on top....Well done....Enjoying the meal out in the prairie.... Taste good, I even brought my own garlic chili source for a better taste...Everyone is enjoying it too...Even the harrier is looking at our food...Nomadic Mongolian's gadget....Small knife, fire starter, smoking pipe....Hospitality from the host....Milk tea...Cheese nuggets....Homemade cheese nuggets....The kitchen....Cheese drying on the wall...Horse ride...Back to fishing after lunch.... Lenok catch on Eupro`s lure...Plenty of Lenok in good size...The biggest Lenok ever caught at Chuluut River...The Lenok is 67cm long and above 3kgs...Wow!...Great size too... 2.6kgs...Dennis with his first Taimen... As well as Thian....Then, the biggest catch 137cm Giant Taimen
