Japanese fish on sale!?

Yesterday, I shopped at Mid Valley Jusco and found a great offer at the fish corner.........Wow! Ayu (鮎), Yamame (山女魚) and Iwana (岩魚) at extremely cheap price......just RM5/ pc (約￥135)....... Ironically, I think this Japanese freshwater fish has never been sold here before ever. So, I immediately bought a pack for a try........ Anyway, I believed it's mass bred type. Looks fresh and good, even smells wonderful too ( that's why it is called Fragrant Fish 香魚)Simple cooking method...... Just grill it with salt and a little pepper.... Ta......daaaaa!! Tasted so DELICIOUS! Hope that Jusco is still selling it..... I am going again tonight.
